How many of your 59 free hours this week actually felt like yours?
In two live sessions, we find the exact points where survival hours are replacing quality hours — and give you a number that proves they shifted.
You are not here because something is broken. You are here because your hours are full and your results are not matching your effort.
Something in your schedule is consuming the hours that should be producing the life you are building. You can feel it — the week ends and you cannot point to one hour that genuinely felt like yours.
This workshop gives that something a name. A number. And a measurement that proves the number moved.
Two sessions. Two hours total. One score before. One score after. The gap between them is not a promise. It is arithmetic you generate yourself.
The Grace Reset Score
Six questions. A number from 6 to 30. A score above 18 means survival hours are winning. Below 12 means quality hours are running the week. You will know your number inside the first 10 minutes of Session 1. Session 2 is when you see it move.
Six questions. A number from 6 to 30. Aaron administers it live in the first 10 minutes. You write your baseline. This is the before. It does not move until you see what is consuming your hours.
Three columns. Finances, Relationships, Purpose. You grade each one — not based on results, based on whether faith or fear is the fuel behind your effort in that area. The grade shows which hours are running on depletion.
Deliverable 3
The 168-Hour Calendar Purge
168 hours in a week. After sleep, work, and survival logistics — you have 59 hours left. Aaron walks you through the math live. You identify three obligations inside those 59 hours that do not belong to you and cross them off. In the room. On your notebook. Three things gone before you log off Session 1.
Mary and Aaron work through the pattern identified in Session 1 and install your Kingdom Regulator — a specific tool matched to your exact season. Then Aaron re-administers three questions from the Grace Reset Score.
Your Saturday number. Your Monday number. The gap between them is your reset.
Not a feeling. Not a testimony. A number you generated yourself — in two hours.
If you are not exhausted — this shows you where your peak hours are going. If you are exhausted — this shows you why. If you are a man watching your wife in this pattern — this gives you the number that tells you exactly what she is carrying and where it is coming from.
If a therapist helped you identify the pattern we name in Session 1, you would sit in 6 to 12 sessions getting there at $150 per session. That is $900 to $1,800 to reach the starting line.
If staying in your current pattern costs you one quality decision per month — one conversation you were too depleted to have, one opportunity you missed because your best hours were already spent on obligations that do not belong to you — the monthly cost of staying exactly where you are is not measurable in dollars.
This workshop is the starting line. For $77.
